The Wella Master programme is a prestigious colour training qualification for hairdressers who train over 18 months to the highest level possible. This surpasses basic training by teaching the chemistry behind the colour, the impact that light has on colour and how to truly listen to our client. This knowledge is essential for achieving beautiful consistent and quality colour every time.
Times have changed and colour is now something that needs to be understood in depth and we can proudly say at Little She we are fully qualified as Wella Master Experts. Vicki Miller has been recognised as a top professional hair colourist and has graduated from the hairdressing industry’s most prestigious colour course earning her the title of Professional Master Colour Expert.
Anyone who has visited Little She will completely understand that we work together as a tight team to ensure we are friendly, approachable and all clients are comfortable when they visit the salon.
Nicola, Vicki and Sarah have worked and trained together with Liz the Managing Director for many many years. The team is still very current and on trend but have the experience of an outstanding team.
